Homers for the Hungry

REST was a thankful recipient of $2,200 gift from the Homers for the Hungry event on Nov. 29, 2014. REST appreciates everyone's generosity in reaching out to the needy in our local community through this fundraising event. Great job Brock and Max Stassi!

Les Schwab Tires

Les Schwab Tires generously provided REST with a gift of $500 at our annual Luau event. Les Schwab believed in old-fashioned hard work, doing the right thing by customers, and loyalty to his family, his employees and the community. These values were built on very humble beginnings.

The friendly greeting you get when you visit Les Schwab Tire Centers isn’t a gimmick. It’s how they do business, and always have. Sure, they’ve grown, but their aim is still to be like a hometown neighbor—reliable, valued, trustworthy. Doing the Right Thing Since 1952

New Earth Market

New Earth Market was established when nine local families teamed up to bring Yuba City its first full service natural foods market. Located at 1475 Tharp Road, New Earth Market is a full service natural grocery store that provides an expansive supply of natural and organic food choices to the community.

In 2011, the store donated $500 from the proceeds of their very successful annual celebration of the release of Beaujolais Nouveau wine from France. In addition, the New Earth Market provided delicious prepared meals for our guests.

Recology Yuba-Sutter

Recology Yuba-Sutter serves more than 43,000 residential customers and 3,500 commercial customers and collects more than 100,000 tons of materials annually. They provide service to the communities of Beale Air Force Base, Live Oak, Marysville, Wheatland, Yuba City and the counties of Yuba and Sutter. They generously provided REST with a gift of $1,385.
